Terms & Conditions

1. ​The Walk My Dog Hong Bao Lucky Draw will be conducted on 08 April 2018. Entries must be received before the draw to be considered valid.
2. Each receipt is only valid for 1 entry. Customers are advised to make a photocopy of the receipt in case of fading.
3. Incomplete entries will be considered null and void.
4. Name of winner will be published online on 12 April 2018. Winner will be notified directly via email.
5. Date of prize collection will be informed directly to winner. Prize not collected within 1 month will be forfeited. 
6. Redemption must be made in person. ID, confirmation email, and purchase receipt must be shown (no exceptions). 
7. By entering this contest, participants agree to the use of their image on social media channels and publicity material from Pro & Pacific Pte Ltd.
8. Staff, associates, and family members of Pro & Pacific Pte Ltd are not entitled to participate.
9. Promotion is only valid in Singapore. Prize is in Singapore Dollars.
10. The management reserves the right to refuse the claimant if foul play is suspected.
11. The management reserves the right to update the terms and conditions  without prior notice.
12. Management decision is final.
