Parents, do supervise your children and ask them to show consideration to younger children playing together, and respect other users.

Terms & Conditions of participation

Robocar Poli Activity Stations

Coupons must be presented to gain entry into relevant stations.
Coupons are sold at $20 per coupon sheet (includes 10 coupons & 1 stamp card). Coupons cannot be purchased individually.
Coupons may be used throughout the duration of the Robocar Poli Carnival at Takashimaya Square (5-17 June 2018).
Coupons are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Coupons must be original and cannot be photocopied. The management reserves the right to reject the coupons if foul play is suspected.
The management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove participants from the inflatables or stations for unsafe behaviour, improper conduct, vandalism, stealing, offensive behaviour, queue cutting, failure to properly supervise persons under your care, failure to comply with instructions, or violation of Terms & Conditions.
The management accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury (including death) whatsoever, when participating in any of its activities, howsoever caused.
By participating, you & your children/wards accept the inherent risks involved, and agree to act responsibly and safely, with due consideration to other participants, and must not engage in behaviour which will affect your own safety, the safety of others, or the safety of the attraction.
Activities are not suitable for children under 3 years old. Children under 4 must be accompanied by an adult.
For safety and comfort, various age, capacity, and time restrictions apply to each station. Relevant signage will be displayed on-site at each station. Additional restrictions may be applied on-site, which participants must adhere to. Restrictions may change according to the situation.
For all stations with inflatables
1. i.Participants must be in good health and free from any potentially averse medical conditions. The management reserves the right to deny access to inflatables in the event that participants suffer from the following conditions: heart conditions, muscular injuries, back pain or back related conditions, high or low blood pressure, physical impairment, or any other physical illness that could be aggravated by participation.
2. ii.All footwear and loose articles must be removed before participating, and appropriate attire must be worn at all times.
Participants must obey all written and verbal instructions given by staff.
Participants are responsible for their own property.
Should participants leave the station prematurely, prior to completion of activity or end of timeslot, there will be no refund of coupons, or holding of participant’s place in line.
Participation in activity constitutes acceptance of all Terms & Conditions.
The management reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Management decision is deemed final, and no correspondence shall be entertained.

Promotion: Sure-win Lucky Dip

Collect a stamp whenever you complete a station. Limited to 1 stamp per station, per card.
Complete any 5 different stations within the Robocar Poli Carnival to take part in a sure-win lucky dip.
Not all stations are participating stations in the Sure-win Lucky Dip.
Stamp card with 5 different stamps must be presented at redemption booth to qualify.
Name & contact info must be provided for auditing purposes, and future marketing purposes.
All redemptions must be made at the redemption booth, on a first-come, first-served basis, and while stocks last.

Vouchers won from Sure-win Lucky Dip

Voucher must be used on the same day of redemption. Expired vouchers will cannot be used, no exceptions.
Voucher is only valid for use on Robocar Poli toys purchased at Robocar Poli Carnival at Takashimaya Square (5-17 June 2018). Minimum spend of $20 on Robocar Poli toys is required per voucher.
Voucher is in Singapore Dollars. Voucher are strictly non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Photocopies not allowed. The management reserves the right to reject the voucher if foul play is suspected.
The management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Management decision is deemed final, and no correspondence shall be entertained.

Flyers

Promotions on flyer cut-outs are on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
Only originals accepted, photocopies not allowed
Flyer cut-outs are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Purchases made using flyer cut-outs are strictly non-refundable/exchangeable.

Character Live Shows

The Robocar Poli Carnival Live Show will be conducted only from 12-17 June 2018. *Subject to exclusive shows
Three (3) coupons per child (above 12 months old) must be presented to enter. Adults may accompany the child if desired. No additional coupons will be required. Maximum of two (2) adults may accompany each child.
Area capacity applies for this station. Once maximum capacity is reached, no further entry is allowed.
This station is not a participating station of the Sure-win Lucky Dip.

General

Participation in any activity or promotion constitutes acceptance of Terms & Conditions.
By entering the carnival space, or participating in any activity or promotion, participants agree to the use of their image on any social media channels and publicity material from the organisers.
Participants are responsible for their own property.
Participants in the Robocar Poli Carnival at Takashimaya Square (5-17 June 2018), to the fullest extent permitted by law, releases, waives, and discharges Pro & Pacific Pte Ltd and their management, associates, contractors, and staff from, and covenant not to sue any of them for any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or in relation to any loss, damage, or injury including death, that may be sustained by the participant howsoever caused.
The management reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Management decision on all matters is deemed final, and no correspondence shall be entertained.
